Christine - Owner, Pet Sitter,
Trainer
Christine has been working with animals for over 14 years.
She started out as a volunteer with the Summit Animal League and then worked for 5 years as a Veterinary Technician gaining
experience in the care and treatment of sick pets. She started Diamond Sitters six years ago after hearing too many stories
of bad pet boarding experiences. She also trains dogs in Obedience and Agility. She currently runs her dog Sasha, an American
Staffordshire Terrier at the Masters level in Agility and recently competed at the AKC Agility Invitational. Christine
also has a retired Boder Collie, Bandi who was running at the Excellent level before retirement. Christine recently started
training her border collie puppy in agility, obedience, and show handling.
Kathy - Pet Sitter, Vet Tech.
Kathy has worked with animals for over 35 years.
Her shelter background includes the Humane Society of Utah where she did a lot of medical care and she was Director of Geauga
Humane Society in Ohio. She currently volunteers her skills at the Monmouth County SPCA. At her former veterinary
hospitals, she loved to specialize in cats, birds, and ferrets. Kathy has a special "zen" with felines that help them feel
comfortable even in sometimes stressful situations. Kathy truly devotes her energies to helping cats lead better lives."
Andy - Pet Sitter, Trainer
Andy has been working with animals for over 10 years. He started with teaching his own dogs basic obedience and then
started training them in agility in 2000. He has been involved with competitive dog agility for the past 7 years
and has also trained his dogs in competitive obedience for the past 4 years. His experience includes working as a trainer
and training assistant in agility for the past 2 years with Jersey Agility Club. He has been involved with rescue
and rescue transport over the past 2 ½ years. He currently trains and competes in agility and obedience with his
3 golden retrievers and has 2 dogs competing at the Excellent level in agility. Andy also competes in Open
and Utility in Obedience.
